I am Country Head – India at Vanto Group India, a performance transformation and leadership consulting firm and part of Landmark Worldwide, listed among Forbes' Top 200 Consulting Firms. I'm accountable for selling, designing, and facilitating engagements ranging from customised initiatives for mid-size and large organisations to multi-organisation initiatives built for SMEs — a model I have run successfully across industries in India.

Career Arc

My path runs across three chapters: 13.5 years as a Scientist at ISRO, building mission-critical satellite hardware; 15 years at Vanto Group as a transformation practitioner and facilitator; and, concurrently, decades of volunteer leadership work. That arc — scientist turned transformation practitioner — shapes how I approach every engagement: rigorous, evidence-based, and built for real-world execution rather than theory.

What I Do

• Performance transformation & leadership consulting — customised engagements for medium-to-large organisations, and multi-organisation initiatives purpose-built for SMEs.
• AI adoption strategy — advisory for clients across retail, logistics, education, and fashion sectors as they plan and execute AI adoption.
• Family office advisory — a practice I lead personally, currently in development with a growing team.
• Sector practices — real estate strategy, retail, KPO, manufacturing, and healthcare, delivered with my India team for SMEs and large enterprises, including execution handholding.
